It features a double bed, a well-lit bathroom with an excellent shower, and additional amenities including air conditioning (SPLIT), closets with hangers, Smart TV, super fast Wi-Fi (perfect for working), basic kitchen utensils such as a coffee maker, toaster, hand blender, electric kettle, induction cooktop, microwave, bed and bath linens, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap). The property also includes 1 covered parking space.

With 24-hour reception, check-in is possible at any time after 3 PM. After your reservation is confirmed, you are required to provide your ID number and car license plate in advance as per condominium regulations. Any item in the apartment that is damaged will be charged during or after check-out.

Guests can use all common areas of the condominium (such as the pool and gym), except the party room. Access is available by elevator and stairs.

The keys and the welcome letter are available at the building's front desk. Our LIV condominium manager provides guests with all the necessary support during their stay, such as housekeeping service and car washing.
