The property is very cozy and highly functional. It features a queen bed, a very well-lit bathroom with an excellent shower, air conditioning (SPLIT), closets with hangers, Smart TV, super-fast Wi-Fi (great for working), and a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, induction stove, microwave, and oven. Bed linen, towels, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap) are also provided. The property includes one covered parking space.

A crib is available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

As the reception operates 24 hours a day, check-in is possible at any time after 3 p.m. After the reservation is confirmed, you must provide your ID number and vehicle plate in advance, as required by condo regulations. Any damaged item in the apartment will be charged for during or after check-out.

Guests can use all common areas of the condominium (such as the pool and gym), except the party room. Access by elevator and stairs.

The keys are available at the building's front desk and we leave a welcome letter inside the apartment.
