Since the reception operates 24 hours a day, check-in can be at any time after 3 pm. After your reservation is confirmed, you must provide your ID number and car plate in advance, as required by the building regulations. Any items damaged in the apartment during your stay will be charged at check-out.

Guests can use all common areas of the condominium (such as the swimming pool and gym). Access by elevator and stairs.

The keys and the welcome letter are available at the building's front desk. Our LIV condominium manager provides guests with all the necessary support during their stay, such as housekeeping, car washing, and many other services.

The building is located in the Petrópolis neighborhood, close to everything: shopping centers, pharmacies, supermarkets, stores, and restaurants.
