The property is very cozy and highly functional. It features a double bed, a well-lit bathroom with an excellent shower, and the apartment is equipped with air conditioning (SPLIT), wardrobes with hangers, SmartTV, super fast WI-FI (great for working), and a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, induction stove, microwave, and oven. It also provides bed and bath linens, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap), ironing board, and iron. The property comes with one covered parking space.

As the reception operates 24 hours, check-in can be at any time after 3 PM. After confirming your reservation, it is necessary to provide your ID number and car license plate in advance, as required by building regulations. Any item in the apartment that is damaged will be charged during or after check-out.

Guests may use all common areas in the condominium (such as the pool and gym), except for the party room. Access is available by elevator and stairs.

The keys are available at the building's front desk, and we leave a welcome letter inside the apartment.
