The apartment also features air conditioning (SPLIT), wardrobes with hangers, Smart TV, super-fast WI-FI (great for working), basic kitchen utensils including a coffee maker, induction stove, toaster, microwave, as well as bed and bath linens and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and soap). The property includes 1 covered parking space. There is an iron available in the laundry room of the building.

As the front desk is available 24 hours, check-in can be at any time after 3pm. After booking confirmation, it is necessary to provide the tax ID and car license plate in advance, as required by the building regulations.

Guests can use all the condominium's common areas (such as the pool and gym), except for the party room. Access is available by elevator and stairs.

The keys and the welcome letter are available at the building's front desk. Our condominium manager at LIV provides guests with all the necessary support during their stay, such as housekeeping service, car washing, and many others.
