Guests also enjoy hotel services and 24-hour concierge.

The property is very cozy and highly functional. It features a double bed, a well-lit bathroom with an excellent shower, and the apartment is equipped with air conditioning (SPLIT), wardrobes with hangers, Smart TV, ultra-fast WI-FI (perfect for working), basic kitchen utensils including a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, induction stove, and microwave. It also provides bed and bath linens, a hair dryer, an iron, and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and soap). The property includes one covered parking space. The iron is located next to the laundry area.

A crib is available upon request, subject to availability and an extra fee.


Since the reception operates 24 hours, check-in is possible at any time after 3 PM. After reservation confirmation, you must provide your identification number and car license plate in advance, as required by the building regulations. Any damaged items in the apartment will be charged during or after check-out.

Guests can use all common areas of the condominium (such as the pool and gym), except the party room. Access by elevator and stairs.

The keys and the welcome letter are available at the building's front desk. Our LIV condominium manager provides the guest with all necessary support during the stay, such as housekeeping service and car washing.
