The property is very cozy and highly functional. It features a double bed and a sofa bed, a well-lit bathroom with an excellent shower. The apartment also includes air conditioning (SPLIT), wardrobes with hangers, SmartTV, super-fast WI-FI (great for working), basic kitchen utensils including a coffee maker, induction stove, and microwave. Bed linens, towels, and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and soap) are also provided. The property comes with 1 covered parking space. A toaster is available at the reception and can be requested during your stay. In the building's laundry area, there is an iron available for use.

Since the reception operates 24 hours a day, check-in can be at any time after 3pm. After confirming your reservation, it is necessary to provide your ID number and vehicle license plate in advance, as per the condominium rules.

Guests can use all common areas of the condominium (such as the pool and gym), except for the party room. Access by elevator and stairs.

The keys and the welcome letter are available at the building's front desk. Our LIV condominium manager provides guests with all the necessary support during their stay, such as housekeeping, car washing, and many other services.
