The property is very cozy and highly functional. It features a sofa bed, a well-lit bathroom with an excellent shower. The apartment also includes air conditioning (SPLIT), closets with hangers, Smart TV, super fast WI-FI (great for remote work), basic kitchen utensils including coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, blender, toaster, as well as bed and bath linens and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and soap). The property comes with 1 covered parking space. There is an iron available in the building's laundry room.

The third guest will have a foldable bed, 1.70 meters in length and 0.58 meters in width.

A crib is available upon request and payment of an additional fee, subject to availability.

As the reception operates 24 hours, check-in can be made at any time after 3PM. After reservation confirmation, it is required to provide an ID number and vehicle license plate in advance, as per building regulations.

Guests can use all common areas of the condominium (such as the pool and gym). Access is available by elevator and stairs.

The keys and welcome letter are available at the building's front desk. Our LIV condominium manager provides guests with all the necessary support during their stay, such as housekeeping, car washing, and many other services.

The building is located in the Petrópolis neighborhood, close to everything: shopping centers, pharmacies, markets, shops, and restaurants.
