It features a double bed, a very well-lit bathroom with an excellent shower, and amenities such as air conditioning (SPLIT), wardrobes with hangers, Smart TV, ultra-fast WI-FI (great for work), basic kitchen utensils including a coffee maker, electric oven, blender, induction cooktop, microwave, as well as bed and bath linens and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and soap). The property includes one covered parking space. There is an iron available in the building's laundry room.

As reception operates 24 hours, check-in can be at any time after 3 PM. After your reservation is confirmed, it is required to provide your ID number and car license plate in advance, as these are building regulations.

Guests can use all common areas of the condominium (such as the swimming pool and gym), except for the party room. Access by elevator and stairs.

The keys and the welcome letter are available at the building reception, which operates 24 hours a day. Our LIV condominium manager provides guests with all necessary support during their stay, such as housekeeping service, car washing, and many other amenities.
