The property is very cozy and highly functional. It features a double bed, a well-lit bathroom with an excellent shower, and the apartment also offers air conditioning (SPLIT), closets with hangers, Smart TV, super-fast WI-FI (perfect for working), basic kitchen utensils including a coffee maker, induction stove, microwave, as well as bed and bath linens and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and soap). The property includes one covered parking space. Available at the front desk: hair dryer and toaster, which can be requested during your stay. The iron is located in the laundry area.

Since the reception operates 24 hours, check-in can be at any time after 3 pm. After booking confirmation, it is necessary to provide your ID number and car license plate in advance, as required by the building regulations.

The apartment has a pouf that transforms into an additional bed to accommodate a third guest. The dimensions of this extra bed are 1.80m long x 1.28m wide.

Guests can use all common areas of the condominium (such as the pool and gym), except the party room. Access by elevator and stairs.

The keys and the welcome letter are available at the building's front desk. Our LIV condominium manager provides the guest with all necessary support during their stay, such as housekeeping service, car washing, and many others.
