The property is very cozy and highly functional. It features a double bed, a well-lit bathroom with an excellent shower. The apartment also offers air conditioning (SPLIT), wardrobes with hangers, Smart TV, ultra-fast WI-FI (perfect for working), basic kitchen utensils including a coffee filter, toaster, electric kettle, induction stove, microwave, and blender. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and soap). The property includes one parking space.

Since the reception operates 24 hours a day, check-in can be at any time after 3 PM. After booking confirmation, you must provide your identification number and car plate in advance, as required by building regulations. Any item in the apartment that is damaged will be charged during or after check-out. The lock is electronic and the welcome letter with further information will be sent by message.

Guests may use all common areas of the condominium (such as the pool and gym). For laundry, please contact us directly to schedule a time. The gourmet area is available only for guests staying more than 20 nights and requires an additional payment.
