The condominium is very well located and new, just 5 minutes from the Palácio dos Festivais. The fully equipped apartment includes all bed and bath linens, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, blender, and toaster, as well as a washer and dryer. Air conditioning is available in both the bedrooms and living room. There is a covered parking space with access via the elevator. Entry is through facial biometrics, and the remote and access tag are inside the apartment. The apartment's parking space is not suitable for very large pickup trucks. The bicycles available in the common area are for owner use only and are not allowed for guests.

Guests have 24-hour access. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive facial recognition access information to enter the condominium at any time during your stay.

The apartment is located in the heart of Gramado, close to all the main attractions and restaurants in downtown area. Walking distance to everywhere, best shops, coffe shops and restaurants. The location couldn't be better.

The condominium is 500 feet from the bus station. If you come by bus, you won't need a car for anything.
