The property is very cozy and highly functional. It features a double bed, a well-lit bathroom with an excellent shower, and air conditioning (SPLIT). There are closets with hangers, a Smart TV, high-speed WI-FI (perfect for remote work), and basic kitchen utensils including an induction stove, grill, and microwave. You will also find a hair dryer, bed and bath linen, and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and soap). An inflatable mattress is available for a third guest. The property has one covered parking space. An iron is available next to the laundry area.

Since the reception operates 24 hours, check-in is possible at any time after 3 pm. After the booking is confirmed, you will need to provide your ID number and car license plate in advance, as required by the building regulations.

Guests may use all common areas of the condominium (such as the pool and gym), except for the party room. Access is available by elevator and stairs.

The keys and the welcome letter are available at the building's front desk. Our LIV condominium manager provides guests with all the necessary support during their stay, such as housekeeping, car washing, and many other services.

The building is located in the Petrópolis neighborhood, close to everything: shopping malls, pharmacies, supermarkets, stores, and restaurants.
