The property is very cozy and highly functional. It features a double bed, a well-lit bathroom with an excellent shower. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning (SPLIT), closets with hangers, Smart TV, super-fast WI-FI (great for working), basic kitchen utensils including a coffee maker, induction stove, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, air fryer. Bed linens, towels, and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and soap) are also provided. The property comes with 1 covered parking space.

There is a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people. A hair dryer is available at the front desk and should be requested during your stay. The ironing board and iron are located in the laundry area.

We offer a crib upon availability and payment of a fee.

Since the reception operates 24 hours a day, check-in can be at any time after 3pm. After booking confirmation, you are required to provide your ID number and car license plate in advance; these are condominium rules.

Guests can use all common areas of the condominium (such as the pool and gym). Access by elevator and stairs.

The keys and the welcome letter are available at the building's front desk. Our LIV condominium manager provides guests with all the necessary support during their stay, such as housekeeping service, car washing, and many others.

The building is located in the Petrópolis neighborhood, close to everything: shopping centers, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.
