The property is very cozy and highly functional, featuring a great balcony. It has a double bed and a sofa bed, a well-lit bathroom with an excellent shower. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning (SPLIT), wardrobes with hangers, SmartTV, ultra-fast WI-FI (perfect for working), basic kitchen utensils including a coffee maker, sandwich maker, electric kettle, hair dryer, induction stove, and microwave. Bed linens, towels, and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and soap) are provided. The property includes one covered parking space. There is an iron available in the building's laundry room.
A crib is available upon request and payment of a fee, subject to availability.
As the reception operates 24 hours a day, check-in can be at any time after 3pm. After your reservation is confirmed, you must provide your ID number and car license plate in advance, as required by the condominium rules. Any items damaged during your stay will be charged.
Guests can use all common areas of the condominium, such as the pool and gym. Access is available by elevator and stairs.
The keys and the welcome letter are available at the building's front desk. Our LIV condominium manager provides the guest with all the necessary support during their stay, such as housekeeping service, car washing, and many others.
The building is located in the Petrópolis neighborhood, close to everything: shopping centers, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.
