The property is very cozy and highly functional. It features a double bed, a well-lit bathroom with an excellent shower, and also includes air conditioning (SPLIT), wardrobes with hangers, SmartTV, high-speed WI-FI (great for working), basic kitchen utensils including a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, induction stove, and microwave. Bed linen and towels, a hairdryer, and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and soap) are provided. The property comes with one covered parking space. Extra blankets or pillows are available at the front desk and can be requested during your stay. There is an iron in the building's laundry room.

As the reception operates 24 hours, check-in can be at any time after 3 PM. After booking confirmation, you are required to provide your ID number and car license plate in advance, as these are building rules.

Guests may use all common areas of the condominium (such as the pool and gym). Access is available by elevator and stairs.
