The property is very cozy and highly functional. It features a double bed, a very well-lit bathroom with an excellent shower, and also includes air conditioning (SPLIT), closets with hangers, SmartTV, ultra-fast WI-FI (perfect for remote work), and basic kitchen utensils such as a coffee maker, induction cooktop, and microwave. Bed linens, towels, and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and soap) are provided. The property comes with one covered parking space. At the front desk, guests have access to an iron, hairdryer, and toaster, which can be requested during the stay.

A crib is available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Since the reception operates 24 hours, check-in is possible at any time after 3 p.m. After the reservation is confirmed, you will need to provide your ID number and car license plate in advance, as required by building rules.

Guests can use all common areas of the condominium (such as the pool and gym), except for the party room. Access by elevator and stairs.

The keys and the welcome letter are available at the building's front desk. Our LIV condominium manager provides guests with all the necessary support during their stay, such as housekeeping service, car washing, and many others.

The building is located in the Petrópolis neighborhood, close to everything: shopping centers, pharmacies, supermarkets, stores, and restaurants.
