The LIV rooftop offers breathtaking views of the entire city and features an outdoor infinity pool, fitness area, gourmet space, hammock area, laundry, meeting room, coworking space, pool table, eco-friendly fireplace, very comfortable swings, and a café, along with hotel services and 24-hour concierge.

The property is very cozy and highly functional. It features a double bed, a well-lit bathroom with an excellent shower, and air conditioning (SPLIT). There are wardrobes with hangers, a Smart TV, super-fast Wi-Fi (great for working), and basic kitchen utensils including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, induction stove, and microwave. Bed and bath linens, a hair dryer, an iron, and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and soap) are also provided. The property includes one covered parking space. Additional blankets or pillows can be requested at the reception during your stay.
This apartment has an armchair that opens and turns into an extra single bed (not very long, suitable for a small adult). There is also a balcony with comfortable chairs where you can enjoy a pleasant, tree-lined view.

A crib is available upon request and the payment of a fee, depending on availability.

Since the reception is available 24 hours a day, check-in can be at any time after 3:00 pm. After your reservation is confirmed, you must provide your identification number and car license plate in advance, as required by the building management. Any apartment item that is damaged will be charged for during or after check-out.

Guests can use all shared condominium facilities (such as the pool and gym), except for the party room. Access is available by elevator and stairs.

The keys and the welcome letter are available at the building’s front desk. Our LIV condominium manager provides guests with all the necessary support during their stay, such as housekeeping services and car washing.
