Since the front desk operates 24 hours, check-in can be at any time after 3 PM. After reservation is confirmed, an access code for the apartment will be sent. It is necessary to provide your ID number and car license plate in advance, as these are building policies. Any damaged items from the apartment will be charged during or after check-out.

Guests can use all common areas of the condominium (such as the pool and gym), except for the gourmet party room and barbecue areas. Access is available by elevator and stairs.
