The Party Rooms in the condominium are exclusive to owners. These spaces are not available to guests. For New Year's Eve, the minimum rental period is 7 (seven) days. During Carnival, the minimum rental period is 4 (four) days. Property exclusively for families – groups of friends are not allowed to stay during these periods (New Year's Eve and Carnival). We have a portable crib available depending on availability; please let us know if you need one.
