The condominium is very well located and new, just 5 minutes from the Festivals Palace. The fully equipped apartment includes all bed and bath linens; Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, and toaster, as well as a washer and dryer. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living room. There is a covered parking space with elevator access. Entry is by facial biometrics, and the remote control and tag are inside the apartment. The parking space is not ideal for very large pickup trucks. The bicycles in the common area are for owners only and are not available for guests.

Guests have 24-hour access. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive access details with FACIAL RECOGNITION to enter the condominium at any time during your stay.

The apartment is located in the heart of Gramado, next to all the main attractions and restaurants in the city center. Everything can be done on foot, without needing a car to walk to the shops and restaurants. The location couldn't be better.

The condominium is 500 feet from the bus station. If you come by bus, you won't need a car for anything.
