The Millenium terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Guaiba waterfront and Beira Rio Stadium. It also features a heated pool, sauna, fitness area, a restaurant, as well as hotel services and 24-hour concierge. This unit does not include hotel services, only check-out cleaning is provided.

The property is super cozy and very functional. It features a double bed, a well-lit bathroom with an excellent shower, air conditioning (SPLIT), wardrobes with hangers, SmartTV, super fast WI-FI (great for working), minibar, as well as bed and bath linens, and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and soap). The property includes one rotating parking space.

Since the reception operates 24 hours a day, check-in can be at any time after 3 PM. After confirming your reservation, you must provide your ID number and car license plate in advance, as required by the condominium rules. Any item in the apartment that is damaged will be charged during or after check-out. Please note that although the unit is located within a hotel, this is a lodging-style apartment, which means the daily rate does not include breakfast, housekeeping, or any other services that the hotel offers.
