In Carnival, the minimum rental period is 4 (four) days. Exclusive property for families - it is not allowed to host groups of friends in these periods (New Year's Eve and Carnival)

Lemmon has support 365 days a year.

The condominium is located in the main access of Atlantis, close to the main condominiums of houses and the main restaurants and Food Truck Parks.

The apartment is a 10-minute drive from Capão da Canoa bus station.
