The Condominium's Ballrooms are exclusive to the owners. These spaces are not available to guests. For New Year's Eve, the minimum rental period is 7 (seven) days. In Carnival, the minimum rental period is 4 (four) days. Exclusive property for families - it is not allowed to host groups of friends in these periods (New Year's Eve and Carnival)

The condominium is located in the main access of Atlantis, close to the main condominiums of houses and the main restaurants and Food Truck Parks.
